On the evening of September 28th, the 2025 Chancheng District Entrepreneur and Talent Night with the theme of "Talent Enterprise Coexistence, Industry City Prosperity" was successfully held in Liangyuan, Foshan, which carries the historical context. The event is hosted by the Chancheng District Committee and Government, jointly organized by the District Committee Organization Department (District Talent Work Bureau), the District Committee United Front Work Department (District Federation of Industry and Commerce), the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Chancheng District High level Talent Service Zone, and co organized by the District Committee Propaganda Department (District Culture, Radio, Tourism and Sports Bureau), the District Economic and Technological Promotion Bureau, and the District Investment Promotion Bureau.

In the three years since the launch of the "Blue Blue Pairing" activity, a full chain cultivation system has been constructed with the six character formula of "transmission, assistance, guidance, travel, reading, and thinking", creating a "practical" business school. A total of 6 mentor lectures, 12 cross city research sessions, and more than 30 themed salons have been held, covering more than 1300 people, forming a cultivation ecology of "problem solving, resource sharing, and development progress".
